The Heart & Soul of Kindred Strategy

CARISSA RICHARDSON // FOUNDER & CEO

Hello! My name is Carissa, and I am the founder of Kindred Strategy. With over 18 years of experience in paid advertising, I have a passion for helping businesses make meaningful connections with their customers and thrive.

After leaving a large advertising agency where I worked with big clients who had big budgets, I decided to start Kindred Strategy in November of 2018 to help small to mid-size businesses, gain access to quality paid advertising help. Creating paid advertising strategies that are both effective and efficient, no matter the budget.

My background in both traditional and digital media allows me to develop strategic approaches that encompass all types of advertising. No matter the size of your company or your budget, I can help you meet your advertising goals and connect you with your audience.

PENNY // OFFICE PUG

Meet Penny, our beloved office pug, who is an expert at napping, snuggling, and indulging in her favorite treats. She's not a fan of video calls, feeling left out from the virtual hellos and pets, and has a strict policy against working late—dinner time is non-negotiable at 5 pm sharp.

Penny's brings a sense joy and humor to our workspace, reminding us all to stop for breaks (pets) and that life isn’t that serious!
