OUR APPROACH

Our approach always starts with understanding the audience. By understanding the audience first, we can develop a plan that will allow your message to reach the audience in the places that are most relevant for your message to be seen, resulting in the best chance for engagement. The ultimate goal is to develop a plan that will be both effective and efficient. Maximizing your marketing dollars by taking the message to the audience where they are going to be most receptive to your message.

Phase 1: kick off & Discovery

In this phase we want to immerse ourselves in your business by working closely with you to understand your business, goals, industry, competitors, and customer as well as your current marketing activity.

- In person meeting to discuss the project, learn about your business, and get alignment on goals

phase 2: strategy & planning

We then take the learnings and foundation we have built during exploration and develop a strategy that will connect your brand with your customers in the most effective way.  This includes defining what success looks like, developing a strategic approach to connecting your message with your audience, and establishing benchmarks for measurement

Once we have determined the connections strategy, goals, benchmarks and metrics we will begin to work directly with vendors to gather proposals and costs.  


As a result, you will receive a deliverable that includes strategies for the use of each of the recommended media vehicles, tactical partner recommendations, a list of required campaign creative elements, timing, and budget breakdowns.  We will also provide an action plan for implementation of the recommended programs.

- Development of connections strategy and corresponding key performance indicators
- Recommended paid media plan that support the connections strategy and will deliver on key performance indicators

phase 3: execution

Once you have signed off on the recommended strategy, vehicles, partners, and tactics we are able to handle the execution of the plan as needed. This includes negotiating rates and added value with each partner as well as placing the orders on your behalf, managing revisions, and collecting invoices monthly.

- Negotiation with approved media partners
- Placement of approved media plan
- Guidance on the implementation of any recommended tracking pixels
- Billing and invoice management

phase 4: measurement

After the campaign is deployed we begin ongoing measurement and optimization to ensure the best possible results for your campaign. We monitor the campaign on a regular basis and reach out immediately when there are insights or optimizations that could be made to improve performance. We also provide an online dashboard that is updated monthly, to provide on-going visibility into your campaign's results.
